This lot is very private and quiet. Our patio faces the rancher’s pasture. We can see black angus cattle, deer, turkeys and birds right from the backyard swing. The large, covered patio is lighted and has shades on three sides. This area is perfect for entertaining and dining. Stainless steel cart and Traeger Grill are included.
The living area is very light and bright inside. The living room has all glass windows. There is a large Austin stone wood burning fireplace in the living room and there are exterior shades on the windows if needed for shade or privacy. The kitchen was remodeled and painted a few years ago. All quartz countertops and a quartz sink. All ceilings are vaulted. Some ceilings are open beamed, and some are sheet rocked and painted.
The bathroom is large with glass door shower and full-sized washer/dryer. The attached garage has a French door entry and can store your golf cart, tools, and/or supplies.
